The body is made up of 5 elements; Splace, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. Any imbalance in the system causes malfunctioning and ultimately leads to diseases and pain. The body has the power to divide the elements and keep a balance in the system. When the body loses the power to maintain the balance of elements, it indicates the beginning of major diseases or some basic fault in the structure. Once there is a balance in the system, the diseases are cured. The body also gets the power ultimately to divide the elements. Those who have lost the power of dividing the elements do not have to worry. It is easily possible to correct the system by taking correct food, which contain the respective required element. For this, best way is to take juices. Juices are easy to digest. The money spent on juices will be much lower than the money spent on medicines and medical checkup. Do not add sugar, salt or anything that spoils the quality of the juice. Before making any juice, all the fruits and vegetables should be washed and cleaned thoroughly.
